If news reports are to be believed, Britain will be enjoying a brilliant heatwave this week. Already the temperature is rising and the cold drinks are going down a treat. The bookmakers are even offering short odds on record breaking temperatures by the middle of the week, which means only one thing ... it's reggae time again.
